Award Winning Portico

The owners of this 1891 Victorian wanted an entrance that was as grand as the old manse itself, to replace the rather non-descript existing entry enclosure. The solution included appropriate architectural forms, adorned with Victorian elements, to create a fresh and updated entry façade that says, “Welcome!”

This project was recognized at the 2018 Contractor of the Year Awards and earned the Silver Award for Best Residential Exterior Renovation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
