AWARD WINNING Whole Home Renovation
Fully renovating a 1936 home is a major investment of time and money. There are antiquated mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to update, along with functional and aesthetic upgrades for the family’s everyday enjoyment of the home. For this family, the investment was worthwhile because the end result is a stunning home that has been designed and built to be both beautiful and efficient. On the main level, major structural work created a large, open living space with sliding doors to the new deck. An organized walk-in pantry with a second refrigerator is next to the chef’s kitchen.
The primary suite includes an enviable walk-in closet, while on the third floor a quiet office is tucked away. The main level originally featured a sunroom, but because there were already some many other great spaces to enjoy as a family, it has been repurposed as an exercise room.
Additional work on this home included several bathrooms, a new deck, and many other interior rooms such as an exercise room, laundry room, office, garage and finished basement family room. This project won the Gold Award for Best Remodel of an Entire Home at the 2024 Professional Remodeling Awards.
