Primary Bath/Closet Addition

This beautiful Winchester home lacked a primary bathroom and enough closet space. We designed and built a 200 square foot addition to create a primary suite complete with a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet. We also reconfigured 80 square feet of existing closet space to further improve storage.

The addition was built over the existing first floor sunroom. From the exterior, it’s impossible to tell that the addition wasn’t always part of the original design of the home.

The new bathroom features a gorgeous walk-in shower with a built-in bench, double sinks, a skylight, custom cabinetry and a luxurious towel warmer. The beautiful tile work is the focal point – especially the herringbone pattern used to create interest on the shower wall and on the floor.
